Reach out to Asian Elders and Carers

Subco Trust works with isolated and housebound elders from diverse South Asian communities in Newham as well as the local community for over 29 years. Some Asian elders and Carers require a range of support. They often have a number of long-term health problems such as stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, mental wellbeing problems, dementia, arthritis, cancer, sensory loss, etc. We have men only and women only support groups. and, tend to have an earlier incidence of these than the general population.
